Raw Hair Variations

Raw human hair naturally varies.

Slight differences in:

  • Color

  • Curl pattern

  • Wave pattern

  • Texture

  • Strand characteristics

may occur between bundles.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

Certain products may be available exclusively online, in limited quantities, made to order, custom processed, or available only while supplies last.

Bundles and Drops of Glam is primarily an online store with a local pickup location.

While select products may be available at our storefront, we do not guarantee that a particular texture, length, wig, extension type, or product will be immediately available for in-person pickup.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

Product prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales, discounts, promotional offers, and discount codes may have separate terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or product restrictions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or promotional errors.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you regarding the available options or cancel and refund the affected item when appropriate.

SECTION 6 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and contact information.

We reserve the right to review, verify, limit, decline, or cancel an order when necessary, including when:

  • Billing or shipping information cannot be verified

If we cancel an order that has been paid, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Once an order has been placed, it enters our order-processing system.

Orders generally cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP

Orders are subject to the processing and fulfillment timelines described in our Shipping Policy.

Current standard processing times include:

  • Custom Hair Extensions & Wigs: 7–10 business days

  • Drops of Glam Hair Care: 3–5 business days

  • Select In-Stock Storefront Items: May be available sooner

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier shipping/transit time.

During sales, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

If local pickup is selected, customers must wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready before arriving for pickup.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND PRODUCT ISSUES

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved returns are limited to eligible unused and unopened items reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must contact Bundles and Drops of Glam before attempting to return or ship any item back.

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, used, worn, installed, altered, colored, cut, washed, or otherwise used.

Custom orders are final sale.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the requested information, including photographs or video when applicable.

SECTION 10 — HAIR COLORING, CHEMICAL PROCESSING, AND ALTERATIONS

Many human hair products may be professionally colored or chemically processed.

However, chemical services can alter the condition, texture, curl pattern, longevity, or appearance of hair.

Results cannot be guaranteed because factors such as the hair's starting color, chemical formula, processing technique, processing time, developer strength, and professional experience can affect the outcome.

We strongly recommend having chemical services performed by a licensed professional.

Hair that has been colored, bleached, cut, chemically treated, installed, washed, or otherwise altered is not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise required by law.

SECTION 11 — HAIR CARE PRODUCTS

Product information provided on our Site is intended for general cosmetic and hair-care purposes.

Individual results may vary.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, directions, warnings, and ingredient information before use.

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, review the full ingredient list before use and consider performing an appropriate patch test.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
