Before making a purchase, we kindly ask that you carefully review our return policy as all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all types of hair extensions and products.
At Bundles and Drops of Glam, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:

Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item(s) back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

4. Hygiene & Safety

Hair extensions, wigs, and opened hair care products are considered personal hygiene items.

Once removed from original packaging, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries will require additional shipping fees to be resent.
6. Custom Orders

Custom orders (including special colors or lengths not listed on our website) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
