Shipping policy

Order Processing

Bundles and Drops of Glam has a standard processing time prior to shipment. Please note the following timelines:

  • Custom Hair Extensions & Wigs (Hair Collection): Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your order ships. All hair extension and wig orders are custom and made to order.
  • Drops of Glam Hair Care Products: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships.
  • In-Stock Storefront Items: Select items available at our storefront may be ready sooner. You will receive a notification approximately 4 days before your order is ready to pick up or ship.

Processing times exclude weekends, holidays, and may be extended during sales periods. Please review your shipping method carefully at checkout.

Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Incorrect information may cause delays. Bundles and Drops of Glam reserves the right to decline an order and issue a refund if information cannot be verified.

Shipments

We only ship orders to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address does not match the billing address, your order may not be confirmed. We ship Monday–Friday only.

  • Domestic Orders: Ship within 3–5 business days (Hair Care) or 7–10 business days (Custom Hair Collection) after processing.
  • International Orders: Please allow 7–10 business days after processing.

During sales periods, shipping timeframes may extend to 7–14 business days. Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or refund pending orders.

Backorders: If a backorder occurs, you will be notified and placed on a priority list. If we are unable to ship the backordered item within 10 business days, we will contact you and offer the option of a refund.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, ensuring fair and transparent pricing.

  1. Weight Calculation: Package weight is measured in pounds (lbs) or grams (g) depending on your location.
  2. Shipping Options: We offer standard delivery only. Express delivery is not available. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout based on package weight.
  3. Multiple Items: Weights of all items are combined to calculate the total shipping cost.
  4. International Shipments: Additional fees, taxes, and customs duties may apply per your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
