SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing

Bundles and Drops of Glam have a standard 24-48 hour time to fulfill all orders prior to shipment. This exclude weekends, holidays and change due to sales. Please review shipping methods.

Please review billing information when placing order. Incorrect billing information and shipping information could cause shipping delays. Bundles of Glam has the right to decline an order and issue a refund if information can not be verified.

Shipments

Bundles and Drops of Glam only ship orders to confirmed addresses. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address used to place order, your order will not confirm. We only ship Monday – Friday. We ship all domestic orders within 5-7 business days. Shipments outside the US please allow 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

Backorders can happen. If a backorder happen, you will be notified and placed on a priority list. If we are unable to ship backordered item or items within 10 business days we will contact you and offer you the option of a refund.

Shipping Fees

We calculate the cost of shipment based on the weight of the items being sent. This ensures a fair and transparent pricing structure for our customers. The weight-based pricing helps us determine the appropriate shipping charges, as heavier packages require more resources and handling.

To determine the shipping cost for your order, we use the following guidelines:

1. Weight Calculation: The weight of the package is measured in pounds (lbs) or kilograms (kg), depending on your location and our standard unit of measurement.

2. Shipping Options: We offer standard delivery. We do not offer express delivery. The shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of the package and the chosen shipping method. During the checkout process, you will be able to see the available options and their associated costs.

3. Multiple Items: If you are ordering multiple items, the weights of all the products will be combined to calculate the total shipping cost. This consolidation ensures that you receive the most accurate shipping charge based on the overall weight of your order.

4. International Shipments: For international shipments, additional fees, taxes, and customs duties may apply, as per the regulations of your country. These charges are separate from the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding any potential additional charges.
